Woman of the Year - Women's History Month March has been designated as Women's History Month and each year the California State Legislature encourages Legislators to highlight and honor deserving women for service to their community.

This year, to give more deserving women an opportunity to be recognized for their service, I will honor as "Woman of the Year," one recipient from within the 40th Assembly District.
